UK Mainland Shipping

Minimum order value which will not incur a delivery charge is £250 (with the exception of the below areas and postcodes). All items will be despatched within 5-7 working days of order receipt.

If you require our transport department to pre book prior to delivery please state this when placing your order.

Important: Luminarc Delivery Charges (UK Mainland Only)

All Luminarc orders must be delivered on a pallet to avoid damage during transit.

Orders that include Luminarc products follow a separate delivery pricing structure:

  • Orders valued between £100 and £250£35 delivery fee
  • Orders valued between £250 and £400£25 delivery fee
  • Orders valued £400 or moreFree delivery

These charges override our standard free delivery threshold and apply only to orders containing Luminarc products

Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern/Southern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Arran and postcodes DD, PH, IV, KW, AB

Some locations in the UK do not fall into our mainland delivery zones with our courier. Any of the above locations do carry a slightly higher delivery charge (Price on application).

If your order includes Luminarc products and isbeing delivered to one of the above areas, the following delivery rates apply:

  • Orders valued between £100 and £500£90 delivery fee
  • Orders valued between £500 and £750£40 delivery fee
  • Orders valued at £750 or moreFree delivery

Overseas Delivery

We can offer deliveries to most countries so please contact us by email websales@candlelight.co.uk for a quote.

International Shipping Disclaimer

Due to the complexity of Custom authorities in some countries, shipments may be subject to custom inspections, which might cause unexpected shipment delays. Candlelight Products Ltd accepts no responsibility for delays, import duties, taxes or confiscations of any products by customs inspectors or other personnel; neither do we guarantee delivery time whenever custom delays occur. However, we will try to deliver your order to you with maximum effort.

If a customer fails to accept delivery or pick up a product within 60 days from the shipping date, Candlelight Products Ltd has the right to sell, dispose of, or use any such products in any way the company chooses.



Returns

We do accept returns if items are damaged or not as described. However, notification must be received within 3 working days of delivery by sending emails to contact@candlelight.co.uk
