We are delighted to announce the new appointments of Emma Yeardley and Kate Winch to Candlelight.
Emma has been promoted to Sales Director and Kate, new to Candlelight has been appointed as Internet Sales Manager.
Emma
Emma started at Candlelight in 2006 as in a sales support role working her way up to a National Account Manager. In 2019 she secured the role of Account Director. Emma brings with her many years of sales experience and will develop a clear key growth sales strategy to meet the needs of all of our customers.
When asked what she loves about working at Candlelight Emma said, “The part of my job that I enjoy the most is forging good working relationships with our customers, working closely with the team on designing, developing and delivering beautiful product”
Kate
Daughter of Mike Winch, founder of Candlelight and sister to Ben Winch, Managing Director, has joined the Candlelight Team after working in education leadership for 20 years. Kate is excited about her change in career and looks forward to developing her understanding of the business over the next few months. Kate has many years of leadership experience and wants to see the company expand into new markets and develop innovation. “Working with my dad and brother is a particularly rewarding experience. I’m really looking forward to getting my teeth into the business and getting to know the team. I have an eye for interiors and can’t wait to get out and look at emerging styles and trends”
