How do I register an account with Candlelight?

To view Candlelight’s current prices and to place an order with us, you must first register an account. To register an account you just simply go on to the “my account” tab at the top of the page. Once on the page just fill in the two boxes with your email address and type in a password. Once you have done this, it will allow you to see product prices, current stock and allows you to place an order with us

How do I see the prices of the products?

To view the prices of our products you must register an account with us. Simply fill in the boxes by entering an email address and password. Once you have done that you cans see all of the product prices

Will the Candlelight website work on my mobile device?

Yes, Candlelight works on portable devices such as tablets and mobile phones. If you are experiencing problems on your device, please let us know at support@candlelight.co.uk with details of your device and browser.

Does Candlelight deliver to my country?

Candlelight delivers to the UK mainland and Ireland. If you would like to deliver to another country, please contacts us as contact@candlelight.co.uk.

What do I do if my products are damaged?

At Candlelight we pack and send your orders out in great condition and use professional couriers for delivery. However, if a product has been damaged then you should contact weborders@candlelight.co.uk within 3 days of receiving your invoice. You should also attach images of the damaged products. Once you have done this we will issue a credit note for the damages.

What is the standard delivery time?

We aim to dispatch your order within 5-10 working days of receipt, if this doesn’t happen email support@candlelight.co.uk for help.

How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?

To unsubscribe from our newsletter, please send us email to support@candlelight.co.uk from the applicable email address with the title “UNSUBSCRIBE”.

What is the minimum order amount?

Our minimum order value is £350 excluding VAT. All orders are carriage paid within the UK mainland. For orders outside the UK mainland delivery charges will apply.

How do I close my account?

If for any reason you need to close your account, please send an email to support@candlelight.co.uk from your account email address, along with your user name and title the email “CLOSE ACCOUNT”.
